I do gifts only for close friends ^^; I do kiribans, but I always specify what I want to draw for the winner, and usually it's a girl ^^' waist up chibi or sketch.
art trades are closed, as I am very busy and open them really really rarely, I update a journal when they're open, but they're also not first come first serve ^^;
